4. What We Do with Them

Your personal data is processed within SC Whathefarck SRL in Romania. Data hosting and storage occur in Romania, acting as a data processor providing hosting services.

Your data is also processed by our partner Pipedrive, Inc, in the United States, acting as a data processor, providing a CRM platform service. Data transfer compliance is ensured by Standard Contractual Clauses between Pipedrive, Inc, and SC Whathefarck SRL.

For newsletters, your data is shared with MailChimp, which acts as a data processor for SC Whathefarck SRL, providing the newsletter delivery service.

Browsing history data is transmitted to our partners described in the cookie policy. Please consult the list of these partners on this page.

• How Long We Keep Personal Data

• Messages – Data will be retained for one year from the last communication if you do not become our client.
• Event Invitations – Data will be retained until the event is completed.
• CVs – Data will be retained until the recruitment process is closed. If you are not hired, we will ask for your consent to keep the CV for one year. Without consent, your CV will be deleted.
• Financial-accounting data – Data will be retained for 10 years in accordance with applicable legislation and accessed only for legal purposes.
• Online activity – Data will be retained for the lifetime of the cookies or until you decide to delete them.

 

6. What Are Your Rights?
